By purchasing from Mid Florida Livestock, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Animal Sales

All animals are sold as-is. While we take great care to provide healthy, well-maintained livestock, Mid Florida Livestock makes no guarantees regarding future health, growth, or production performance.

2. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any animal unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Animals will not be held without a deposit. Full payment is due at the time of pickup.

3. Pickup & Transportation

Buyers are responsible for arranging their own pickup or delivery. Once an animal leaves our property, Mid Florida Livestock assumes no responsibility for its condition, health, or safety during transport.

4. Health & Care

All animals are healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. Ongoing care, feeding, housing, and veterinary attention are the sole responsibility of the buyer following purchase.

5. No Guarantees

Unless stated in writing at the time of sale, Mid Florida Livestock does not guarantee breeding success, milk production, weight gain, or show quality.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

7. Biosecurity

Farm visits may be limited and are by appointment only. All visitors must adhere to our sanitation and biosecurity guidelines to protect the health of our herd.

8. Liability

Mid Florida Livestock is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages — direct or indirect — resulting from the handling, ownership, or care of purchased animals.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

Mid Florida Livestock reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
